Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actress. Elson, who began her acting career as a young actress and model, before becoming a an actress professionally, is famous for her portrayal of Alice Tyler as seen on the science-fiction drama show on CBS. Andrea was chosen to play Lynn Tanner in the popular series ALF from 1986. After many years of working on shows that were a hit and movies, she decided to leave the field to spend time with her children. ALF came during a particularly challenging period for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People published an article the article in which she described how challenging it was to become an aspiring young woman and then appear in the sitcom. In New York City in 1969 Elson was raised in a world of travel as her father was a traveling salesman. When she was just ten years old, she lived between New York Chicago San Diego and Los Angeles. Andrea got her agent while she was in San Diego, where she won the very first part in which she tried out for. Fusco stated that ALF is 285 and be a beer drinker. In the years when ALF started to become increasingly popular, NBC said that Fusco would not be able to continue having ALF drinking beer with the kids. This was a negative character for a role model. Fusco believed that ALF was able to drink alcohol as an adult. In 1995, he was found to be suffering from cancerous lymphoma. This cancer was successfully treated and he was in complete recovery for the remainder of his existence. The cancer died on June 26, 2019, at the age of 75 at the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
