The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. Her father works in engineering while her mother works as a realtor. Walker has graduated from Germantown Friends School situated in the city of Philadelphia's Germantown district in 1994. In 1998, she earned an undergraduate degree from Harvard College. Welker is in a relationship with John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck located in Philadelphia and the couple has two kids. In 2014 they began having an affair with one other. John, John's husband is 4 years older. Because their relationship was so well-established, they decided to take the next stage. On the 4th March 2017 they got married.
