Amy Smart, an American model and actress from the United States. She was born in California USA, Amy Smart started her modeling career in California. Her Costly Affair, a 1996 TV film that she played her first part in, was her debut part. After a difficult fight to get a part, she was offered a role in the 'Starship Troopers' series starring in Starship Troopers. Amy struggled to make the shift to acting because actors were never considered skilled actors and typically were given smaller roles. Amy had a determination to be successful and she eventually landed larger roles beginning at The 70s, the movie Varsity Blues. Amy then moved into leading roles in 2005's romantic comedy Just Friends starring Ryan Reynolds. Amy got her first recognition by the industry for her performance over the past decade.
